A Lovely Day for a Climb
Today I am attempting to climb 2 mountains. As I prepare for the Triple Crown next week I am working on building both my confidence and my stamina. The sun is shining and the wind is blowing.
Sitting on the Top of the East End of Rundle: As I stand here taking in the beauty of my surroundings I reflect on how blessed I am to be physically capable of climbing to these heights. I am so grateful to have the opportunity and the physical ability to take on this challenge. An opportunity that so many who live with MS may never have.

My husband was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease four years ago. After trying prescription medications with little success, we turned to an herbal program from NaturePath Herbal Clinic. Within months, his alertness, coordination, and energy noticeably improved. He’s regained much of his independence and confidence it’s been life-changing.
